Missing Location of Amnesia.exe??

The 1.3.1 update which can be found here on the forums.

1.3.1 doesn't contain every file needed for Amnesia. It merely updates and replaces certain files which were released with your retail copy.

Sorry for my poor understanding of these computer stuff, but can you guys give me a step-by-step instructions on what should I do. Because I already tried everything that I could, but it doesn't seem to work. I already reinstalled Amnesia, but it didn't replaced the missing files. I'm totally bummed. Thanks again, for everything.
