Save all save games to a temp folder (they have . sav extension). Delete Amnesia folder in my documents

Start the game, so u create the profile. Then exit the gmae and copy the save files to the newly created user folder. Perhaps it works now

Also try loading an earlier save game in case the most recent is corrupted.

If all fails remove the Amnesia folder in My Documents and u need to start over
