160 units 3dsmax grid. I've used one of the mansion walls to get the proportion, no idea if is cm or anything else, my exporter doesn't convert units when exporting, so what I get on max is what I get ingame.

If you want I can send you an obj I did for human proportions, so you can use it as base.
