Can you post the error log (Stack trace from the apple crash detector)?? that would be extremely helpful. Also posting a save game file would be useful too. (in Library/Preferences/Frictional Games/Penumbra/Requiem)

I have the same problem. Got Overture from Steam on my MacBook Pro 2.4Ghz Core2 w/ Nvidia 8600M GT and 4GB RAM. MacOS 10.6.4.

I've attached a ZIP with the crash log and save game file.
