The scariest moment for me was in the part where you are hunting down the drill bits. In one of the rooms off the central area there is a door with a grunt standing right behind it. I opened the door, saw the monster, jumped out of my chair, then ran and hid. I stopped playing for about half a hour to allow my heart rate to return to normal.
