game crashes

please see both files and help. i dont understand english very good so i am posting what it shows me.

Please give us more info about this. What were you doing when it crashed? Also read the troubleshooting guide and provide the hpl.log file from Documents\Amnesia\Pig.

I read the troubleshooting guide and i try everything. I update the game and everything, but still when i start the game it shows black screen and then shows the "asdasd.png" file.
