Try to verify the cache for the game and also make sure to not run any other programs at the same time as the game. Perhaps disable any sort antivirus or similar that might cause a conflict, try to run the game as admin or other things like that. It's likely some sort of specific conflict or a setting for the graphics card perhaps causing the problem.
