Hey,
to show that there is hope for Intel integrated graphics chip:

That's Amnesia running on integrated graphics using Linux, so it is definitely a driver problem for the Windows version. Hopefully this means that a Windows driver update for the newer Intel integrated graphics chips are not that far away.
