So it worked well first? Then you started getting this problem when trying to load a specific save?
Have you tried loading another save? Try a earlier one and then see if works from there.

Easiest fix might be to uninstall the game, delete all the files in My Documents, then install the game again and play from the beginning and do not move the files around after installation.
