Where did you buy the game?
If you purchased it through Frictional Store, key is present where you downloaded game, shelf. If you login to shelf you will see your key there.

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

1) Operating system is Windows but what edition? (XP, Vista, 7 and x86 or x64) Check these by typing dxdiag at start>run

Your graphics card is below system requirements to run the game but try updating your graphics card driver by using the have disk method:

For step 1 use this link for your graphics card: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchRe...pe=Drivers

If it did not work then you graphics card is below system requirements to run the game IN WINDOWS. Another user said that you can run the game in Linux. Linux is free, just install them on a Virtual Machine if you want. This is all an Intel problem since they have not released good drivers for this card when it comes to windows operating systems.

Well I haven't done that and I don't use linux so I cannot help you with that. Ask the guy who wrote this fix in the thread above. The video above is from his linux fix:
