It's a little dark (it's night-time, so I can't complain too much) but I love the effect of the fog around the moon!

Since the moon is so bright as it is in this picture, the surroundings should be lighter.

Try adding your skybox as a cubemap to the lake and see what happens :]

Since it's THAT dark the torch would probably have influence on the surroundings by giving them a dark red-orange color
