I want to buy the linux version, but I won't be able to play it very well using the open source radeon driver. (Using the fglrx driver is no option for me.)

I do own Windows and I've tested the demo and it runs very well. I have no intention to buy any windows-only version, but I would like to get the windows binaries in order to be actually able to play until the situation with open source drivers improves.

Unfortunately I found no download, is there any way to obtain them?

Why don't you just try the official Linux drivers from ATI?

I admit I'm not an expert, but I'd say they have a great probability of success, considering who wrote them.

Sure, theft (downloading from torrent/ed2k) would be an easy way to get a windows version. Wink

I want to buy the Linux version to support Linux game development, but there's only a Windows version to buy and a 20€ download of the Linux version. I feel cheated (there are places like http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com who do sell Linux boxed linux games), but well...

Besides not wanting any binary blobs in my kernel, the opensource driver just works better for me in everyday use and involves less work.
