Hello everyone, I have a very annoying problem, I can't play any "total conversion", I always get this error:

Your language is set to Spanish, and White Night (and many other Total Conversions) doesn't have Spanish language. You didn't read the troubleshooting in the given link, please read and apply the solutions there.

I installed it in Spanish, and I have the game's main language in English and still not working. Should Iuninstall it and install it in English?

You can backup and delete your Amnesia folder under Documents. Beware that will erase all your Amnesia related data (thus a backup is essential). Then try to launch total conversions.
If that doesn't work either, a re-install might be needed.
But there is a Spanish translation on the way, so you can wait for it too. However that's White Night exclusive and for other total conversions it'll still cause troubles.
