100% chance of flash?

Hey all-

So I am making a lightning effect, and without flicker, it always comes on. However, when I turn flicker on, sometimes it wont show up. Is there any way to assure that there is at least 1 flicker when the light comes on for 0.4f seconds?

Remember that you need to have fade checked for flicker to work

You have to mess with the settings until you get what you want.

Fade is only required if you want the light to fade to the colors chosen rather than switching instantly when it is their time to show.
