How to make a hand model

Hi, I just want to know how to create a hand model that's holding, for an example, a torch. Please help me, I really need it! Smile

Do you have any modeling experience at all?

Using for example programs such as Blender, 3D's max, or Maya?

If not, you're going to have to learn how to use one of these programs, so come back in a few years once you can use them properly.

Sounds REALLY encouraging, thanks lol. No but srsly, is it that hard? Or could I just use the basic amnesia hands, rotate it, and change the grip level of the fingers?

Modeling characters, especially hand anatomy takes ALOT of practise, however yes you can use the default Amnesia hand and simply rotate it.

Which program of the ones you mentioned would be easiest to use?

None of them are easiet to use, but for simply editing for amnesia without having any real knowledge of modeling I'd suggest you use Autodesk Maya 2011 verision, make sure you don't use newer verisions or the OpenCOLLADA plugin you need will not function.
