Dont know what else to do so here goes.

Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module atioglxx.dll at 0023:6903b212, DrvSwapBuffers()+0162 bytes(s)

Trying to play on a asus g73jh laptop
Windows 7 64

The file is atioglxx.dll, so I'm assuming you have an ATI/AMD graphics card. If you don't, please specify what graphics card you have. If you do have an ATI or AMD graphics card, please update your drivers.
