Penumbra Tech Temo Converted Models Package
ABOUT MODELS:

- there are 50 models and 27 textures in this package! Models and Textures are from Penumbra Tech Demo! 90% models from game is converted, rest could not be converted as they dont have .dae, .ent or jpg/.jpeg or any other image format.
- Item such as flashlight, batteries, dynamite and others are not pickable. They are converted as grabable objects. Doors, drawers and stuff have all settings set (like mass, joints, bodies, material type) and have functions! Floors, walls and ceiling are converted as textures (can be found in level editor at "primitives(9)/static_objects/penumbra0_textures!" if installed properly)!

PROBLEMS:

- models "light_ceilinglight01", "light_flourlight01", "machines_keymachine", "machines_platecutter" cannot be selected in Level Editor (don't know why) but can be selected if you press Ctrl+F and then find and select model!

INSTALL:

- put "Penumbra Tech Temo Converted Models Package by shadowZgamerZ.rar" you downloaded in your Amnesia: The Dark Descent "redist/" folder. Extract files and overwrite. NOTE: None of your files will be changed, this will only add folders named "penumbra0_(X)" in your "entities", and "penumbra0_textures" in your "static_objects" folder!

Well i saw (actually read) that many people on this forum want penumbra models, although there is tutorial from which I learned! Thats why I made this, Penumbra Black Plague models are currently in progress, there is about 160 models in that game, about 60% converted already Smile. It takes about 10minutes for each model.
I could post video how I do it if i ever make one!

I found out that some BP models with doors/joints are kinda hard to make them work, but if you do then you're epic! ^^

I'm having a problem with the static_object models. The won't show up. I can choose the folder in the LevelEditor but there is nothing in it. Any solution?

Because there isn't any static_objects. All models are entities and textures. Entities are in /entities/penumbra0_xxx folder, and textures are in static_objects/penumbra0_textures folder. Those textures are actually planes, so you can make floors, ceilings, walls, with them = (can be found in level editor at "primitives(9)/static_objects/penumbra0_textures!" if installed properly)! Also by the way I am going to update this package in less then a week, with some new models, and textures!
