Easter Eggs and Secret Rooms

I have played all through this series and I confess I have a bad habit. Regardless of the game's replay value, I find that I rarely replay a game after the first time.

So, to encourage playing a second time around, I was wondering if anyone has found any secret rooms/easter eggs hidden in the game. If you know of any post them here! Put them in the Spoiler format so that we don't give away to much if someone stumbles upon this.

Secrets I already know:
Spoiler below!
The Schmup.exe file and the password for it.
The Super Secret file and the password for it.

True, when looking at the Tuurngait, I could easily imagine their mouths don't exactly smell mint-fresh.

That paragraph has nothing to do with the Tuurngait.

Calling halitosis an "incurable ailment" doesn't makes you think that the text was written in a tongue-in-cheek style?

Cardiomyopathy (heart disease), glaucoma (eye problem, you can go blind), polio (it can render your limbs useless), diabetes (probably they didn't store insulin in the facility) and then halitosis. This has to be a joke.

those with bad breath don't think it's a joke, lol.
it could go both ways. it could be an easter egg, or it isn't.

They did store insulin in the facility, cause one of the notes said that an infected man was executed by insulin overdose.

I found a copy of The Necronomicon in the library. I'd've taken a picture, but I can't figure out which button does that. Anyone know which button has Keyboard Value: 104?

Use an external program to take a screenshot.
IrfanView for example.
