Anyone Has New Decoration Or Monsters?

Well im working on a custom story Murdered In The Dark.

I stopped for few months didnt had any inspiritaion.
But i am back again,
The thing im wondering about now is if anyone got some new decoration/enemys things like that to import in the game, And also another question how do you make them?

If anyone could reply on this and got the answer it would make me happy so i can make some more progress on it.
