Make sure you model is not keyframed.

Check the timeline at the bottom, if there are any little blops on that thing, you've keyframed something.

That is strange, there is nothing on the key frame timeline. I doubled checked to make sure by deleting anything that was in there, it said there was nothing to be deleted.
