There is. It's either a static object in static_objects/mansionbase or an entity somewhere in the entities (and the sub-folders) folders.

If you're talking about the ceiling, I would suspect that they're made out of planes. I do them all the time when I'm working with Penumbra textures.

Both exist in the default Amnesia assets : ). The debris on the floor, and the broken ceiling.
It is possible to make tiles with planes and recreate this broken roof effect for any ceiling of course, but there it looks like the default broken ceiling ^^.

I can confirm that it is the default broken ceiling c: It's under... static/mansionbase/ceiling I believe

I do believe the assets don't matter, it's what you build with them that is important. Custom assets don't make a mod unique if the level design is the same as other mods. Using AMFP or Custom mansion walls to make the same level design/architecture as 100 other Custom Stories is a lot less interesting than being very creative with TDD assets.

Look at what A Late Night Drink did with TDD models x).
