4 arms in the hallway

How does this work? I have tried time after time and the door valve wheel will not spin. I have gone in sequence mid left, mid right,far left aand near right. I have raised the arms till flaming inorder and nothing. I have touched the arms in order and nothing. Please some one tell me what to do here. Thanks very much. Zfred.

You raise the arms in a certain order, and i beleive you can then turn the wheel. If the flame goes out you did it wrong i beleive the order is

How I figured it out.... Looking at the rings on the floor. Some are Blue, some are green, and some are yellow. Some rings are a combination of colors. You place the barrels on the rings that are all 3 colors.

As you pull up on the arms you find one that stays up until you move the wrong ones of the remaining three. But when the second arm you move is right one it to will stay up same with third and forth and enjoy what happens then
