Site Delta Chapter Black Screen

After i start the Site Delta chapter, right in the beginning i can't see nothing, there's only a black screen, but the game is not frozen because i can press ESC and I quickly see the menu, i even hear the flashlight noise turning on and off when i press F

Any one have the same problem?

I fixed it via Steam by repairing some corrupted files
