Using the HPL2 engine for a commercial game?

Hi there,

Just like to commend you on your work, on both the engine and game content. There are a few of us who are seriously interested in creating our own epic adventure game(s). I see that the HPL1 engine is open source and available for use in commercial releases, what is the position regarding the HPL2 engine?

Regards

Stag

Ok, can we use the game assets to play around ?
I mean not to make games and sell them, just to make scenes with them using different engines ?
I guess not, but please confirm.

Just to clarify, you wouldn't even consider licensing the engine for a flat fee or a cut of a games profits?
