Don't have any suggestions, have not had dual monitors setup in several years so don't have any experience. Only I can think of would be to make a profile for the game in the ati control panel, were you turn off the dual display while running the game. So it does that automatically each time you run the game. If that is possible.

Not with ATI catalyst control but I can link a profile to a hotkey.
I guess that's the only solution Sad

Sorry, I can't think of anything. When I get a 2nd monitor I will test this out though.

I will wait for this then.
Because frames are too low to play correctly or at least for the game to be really immersive.

Might as well just get used to disabling the second monitor tbh. Annoying I know. To play FEAR I had to jump through quite a few hoops just to get it playable (silly logitech..)

Well I just tried it with a 2nd screen (dell u2311h, love it), didn't have any FPS drop. Ati 4870, 2.6ghz dual core, running the game max settings @ 1920 x 1080. 10.3 ccc drivers I think.

So dual-gpu with one graphic card + 2 screens = frame-rate issue ?
Or maybe the i7 ?

I remember the 5970 having issues with dual screen use but I thought this was fixed in newer driver sets. I think what was happening was that the cards clocks where staying in 2d mode with the 2nd monitor instead of coming up to speed. Can you run a program to verify this while playing?

I took the last drivers, yes the framerates have improved !
I can play the game correctly even if it is not 120 fps :p

Thank you again,
Consider this fixed.
