Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Level Editor Not Working

I was interested into trying out the mod tools, so I downloaded them and installed them in the Amnesia directory. When I went to launch them it said " LevelEditor.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The Procedure entry point ilTexImage could not be located in the dynamic link library DevIL.dll "

You sure you placed editor suite in right directory?

First of all: With which software did you extract the contents?
2nd: Did you extract it fully and successfully?
3rd: Have you tried redownloading?
