HELP PLEASE!

I have a Sony Vaio S Series with an Intel® HD Graphic Card and every time I try to start the game up it says,
"FATAL ERROR: Renderer #0 could not be initialized! Make sure your graphic cards are up to date. Check log file for more information."
I have the latest update for the graphic card and have tried the lowest settings. I also read all the suggestions on the forums but still have the same problem. Please please please tell me what am I supposed to do because I am completely lost and frustrated.

Afaik, Intel graphic cards are below system requirements.
