I have also emailed them, being as detailed as possible. Personally I'm not surprised; the game was just released today I can't think it would be too unusual they would have a problem or two.
Here's hoping that we receive a timely response.
EDIT: forgot to mention - though I'm sure it's pretty clear - redownloading it again didn't change anything. Ah well.

Because this problem has nothing to do with us, only with the download/sales/what ever system gamers gate is using. Thats why

Exaclty the same problem. That truly a shame, i received an email telling me Blakc plague is out, and, it seems it is not.. But i already bought the game from GamersGates.
I will try to ask paypal to cancel the transaction. <insert angry smiley here>

Anyone else getting a dejavu of Overture's release? Got released early, and it was plagued with some errors.
Good god, first we can't write p sychological and now the same thing happens to both Penumbra releases..You don't think..
