i really need serious help

i bought this new game right,i install it then i figured out it didnt work...i tryed the link in the blackbox thing.i looked at every thing and tryed every thing it didnt do a DAMN THING! i try upgrading my Intel® G33/G31 Express chipset family...no updates available it says..... i try every thing i try upgrading to radeon ATI X1000 nothing happen....i also try nVidia GeForce 6 video card .................nothing!so do you see why i need urgent help IM GOING INSAINE!!!please help me.I own Inspiron . 5305 and a DELL monitor.i already updated the patch for game ... dont tell me 2X bye.
also the black box error code is: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000
