He wants to know how to make one or help making one not asking someone to make one for him.

There is no "know how" in the main post, he asks someone to do part of the work for him. As I have not looked at the maps he are working on I do not know the extent to which he needs help (lighting, decals, "detailwork", scripting, lang files etc.).
