I do that but when I try to use the pc it says: "dont have time for this now" an that ugly guy keeps gowing from one room to the next and it friggin pisses me of also I pluged in the blue one and it wont come out....

You and me both bud... I guess we're just that hardcore and cunning. Personally I find it silly that the game punishes us for being that good.

As per Lees spoiler to me: There's a room that you open with a button next to the door. Let him chase you in there, run back out, and then close the door before he gets back out too.
Then you can insert the hard drives.
