Usually when something like that happens we suggest a file integrity check since most of the times it's caused by corrupted files. Alright, after the issue occurs exit the game and attach the file HPL.log as mentioned at the troubleshooting guide, Problem X. Also, if you want attach the latest save you have as well to see if I can replicate on my end.
