Limit Over Accel Synchro Summon is a type of Synchro Summon in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime, requiring a Tuner Synchro Monster and at least 2 non-Tuner Synchro Monsters as material and the user to be in a state of "Over Top Clear Mind".

It is also shown that this summon can't be done without all 6 Marks of the Dragon and believing in the bonds with ones friends. During the Summon, the user, the user's Duel Runner, and Synchro Rings turn gold in color.

This sounds actually even stupider in text form than when I saw it for myself on the show lol.
