Penumbra Black plague Teleport Noise

oke When you begin in Level01_cells When your going into the Vent and you see a guy Sleeping/dead with Flicking lights if you walking a but futher you getting Teleported back With that noise it i cant not find it
Did somebody know what that Annoying High Teleport noise is like name of Download or info.

i cant find it on the hps file i was looking at the Ventilation part
