Black Box crash.

Okay, so i tried everything. I followed everything and all the steps and the black box crash still comes up on my screen when i try to launch Amnesia. I have a Windows 7 laptop. I have tried downloading a new graphic card and that didn't seem to work. If anyone could please help me with this i would appreciate it. I have been dying to play this game and this is just a buzzkill.
