Name of upcoming horror game

Few days ago I saw somewhere trailer for this horror game that looks really similar to Amnesia but forgot it's name.
In trailer u can see lamp moving on its own and it's ghost game I think.I'd really like to know name of that game.(also creator of game is only 1 man if i remember right)
