Cant play my penubra collection on gamefly

I recently wanted to play the penumbra series again so i went to my gamefly account which holds all my old D2D games i had bought from them and i dont see the option to download it. I have the collection in my purchase history yet its not up on there. is there a time frame on when it will be or ever will be?

As I'm not very familiar with GameFly, bear with me here.
You could always contact GameFly support and tell them the problem, with proof you actually bought the series, and they might be able to help you

Contact gamefly support about it, we don't have any access or knowledge about their system. If you bought the game, have it in the order system, but can't play it, it sounds like a bug.
