Level Editor, SDL.dll missing?

So when I try and use the amnesia leveleditor.exe I get the error message that SDL.dll is missing from my computer. How can I fix this? Do I have to update Directx or something?

Drag all of the files into the Amnesia the dark descent folder.
Not in it's own folder
