Putting a new tutorial in the HPL 2 Wiki

I can't see a "Add" or something similiar button on the HPL2 wiki. Only the "Edit" boxes around. Help please?

To "add" an article to the Wiki, you type in the URL that you want for it, then it's going to tell you it doesn't exist and how to create it. Just make sure you know how the system categorizes everything before doing so.

No, not like that. Look at the articles already in the HPL2 section. Look at the URL of those articles: do you see what they have in common?
