Where can I download the compiled engine?

What is your need to actually have a binary of the engine?? what do you intend to do with it? What platform are you even running on? compilers are available for free for window, mac and linux so you should be able to easily get a compiler to build HPL1/overture.. If you are just wanting to play Penumbra Overture, then you need to purchase a copy from the frictional games store.
