Amnesia retail version will not run.

I recently bought a new retail version of Amnesia (CD), but it won't run at all. I put in the CD and nothing happens, no autorun, nothing. I've restarted my computer and updated everything (including the drive itself), but STILL nothing. What's going on?? I really want to play this game

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (32 bit)
Memory: 2gb of RAM
Graphics card: NVidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti
Processor: Intel ® Pentium ® Dual CPU

Don't know how the retail DVD works, but if the autorun does not work, can't you simply open the DVD from My Computer or device list and then start the installer by yourself?
