online registration problem

Hi all,
I have the Haptix version of both Black pleague and overture. When I try installing them, the setup crashes as soon as I press "continue" with the "online registration" and it tells me that the setup.exe has crashed. If I try to use the manual option it goes over the serial page, it installs the game, but it stops later, when it asks me to put in the new serial, that I should receive using a previously saved file that doesn't work either, so called "PenumbraBlackPlagueRegister.url".

What to do? I'd really like to play again that game...

I am unaware of "Haptix"... What is that?

I was going to ask the same thing but stopped because I thought it may be an unknown vendor or something.

Not sure how their system works, you will have to contact HaptX or maybe Novint if you got the game from them/part of the falcon controller.
