Copyright issues

Hello. I was hoping it was the correct section, but anyways;

I want some money in my custom story. I found this image on a Wikipedia article here and here.

Thing is, can I use these samples to my custom story?

Wikipedia normally states the copyright license for its images, they also try to aim for images that are free to distribute. Read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:US-&#3...Fr.270.jpg it says it's Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported.

If you are VERY worried about something's legal status I suggest you get all your pictures from a Creative Commons website. Basically it means that anything under that form of copyright is absolutely free to distribute.
