Level 3 Help!!!

I'm stuck in level 3! Got the key from the box below, but can not find the second key. And what's the thing in the left (ground floor) with the lever? Somebody mentioned throwing a ketchup bottle at the chain holding the bridge???? Tried this numorous times, but it just won't work. Hope somebody can assist me.....
