You might be thinking this too far, finish the current one you have, and then think about the extra goodies, focus on one thing at a time.

Drop the dlc for later development, and finish the current one, we want to see your current story to judge do we want to see your dlc or not.

(It's not dlc by the way, if you include it in game, it's just extra content)

Hazardous will not have any lightsources.
But Terror Warrior will.

I agree with GrAVit, you need someone to correct your grammar. Honestly it's horrible.
