Is there a hotkey to toggle the dot in the screen? (Black Plague)

Just playing though Black Plague now...

I much prefer to have the dot turned off in the options, as the game looks better without any type of HUD, to increase the immersion. Still sometimes I remember why you put that option there in the first place ,

Is there a hotkey so you can toggle on and off the dot without having to ESC to the menu? If not, may I add that as a suggestion for your new game?
