I need help with Overture not working

I just got the game and I installed it and everything. I load the game up and start a new game, but when the opening sequence where Phillip is talking ends, it just goes to a black screen and has the sound effect of the boat, but nothing happens. What can I do to fix this?

What graphics card do you have? It is either not supported or you will have to update the drivers for it.

I just read "Integrated graphics might not work" in the Buy Game section... Hopefully that isn't my problem. If it is, oh well, I'll just have to keep the game for a few years until I get a new computer.

The X3100 is no supported but does work, it can however be tricky as it really needs to have the latest drivers that you can find. Can't give more advice than that as I'm not sure where to get drivers for integrated cards it can at times be tricky, but check Intels site.

Oh, before doing that you can go into the game and lower all the graphics settings, then see if the game works. If it does you can step by step turn up/on the graphics again so that it looks better and works OK.

Well, I tried putting the graphics on as low as it would go and turned everything extra off, but it still wouldn't work. Thanks for the help anyways. I believe I can buy the drivers from fujitsu's website.
