If it failed to verify the integrity the you need to redownload the game as you have a corrupted installer.

I had to download Novalis and thus worked to install ...

however, the game starts, I create the profile, and when I start the game is on the loading screen, and there just is loading ... loading ....

Please post the hpl.log found in home/.frictionalgames/amnesia

what drivers do you have for the video card? is it the proprietary from nivida? if so what version?

have you check the troubleshooting guide?

maybe it helps installing the game into another location, the current version has some permission issues if not installed into home, that are being worked on.

It worked now ... but .... I am having the following problem ...

Where did you install the game? And are you running the 32bit or 64bit version of the game.
