Help Agrippa stuck

I met Agrippa and he gives me all kinds of tasks but I cant finish single one.
I pressed the lever but it seem to be stuck I think I got it once but the lever seems to be stuck. DONNO....

I need to make a potion but I cant get to the lab it's sut with boards and I cant seem to brake them with stones and my tools arent working.

Two levers both dont work so I cant open to two doors to get to the orb pieces.

So there is last option go to the cross bridge and yes I've found everything there is. Left there is engineroom and I cant open sh.. right there is occult altar and last but not least there is the electricroom and I put some liquid on the Bowl but now after I died searching every corner and climing every rock there is and dropping trough the map I died and the Bowl is now empty and there is nothing in my inventory.

WHat to do?

Put some crates on the table next to Agrippa, jump on top of them and press the cogs to get the door opening mechanism working.
