Black Plague - Weird sound in kennel

Ok, I have got one question. When you went to the kennel, there are some dead dogs and huts. When I crouch and went into the metal hut, I heard weird sounds (like dogs around hut) but when I crawl, I didn't saw or heard anything. So, what is this sound in hut in kennel (it isn't that crazy guy in walls, he did other sounds)?
